In order to get the most out of your group exercise experience, there are some things you should know. First and foremost, select a class that sounds exciting and motivating to you. Introduce yourself to the instructor before class. Let the instructor know you are new to class and inform him/her of any injuries you might have or modifications you might need. Wear proper shoes and attire. Drink plenty of water before, during and after class. Listen to your body. Most importantly, have fun!

Intro To Fitness Challenge!

These classes are very hands on; feel free to ask questions about form, equipment, designing a workout program or just the right way to stretch. Bring your questions and bring a fun attitude for exercise!
